Leading a church is never meant to be a solo effort. The best leadership happens in teams, and some of the most important moments for a team happen when you step away from the everyday. You worship together, learn together, connect with other leaders and make space to listen to what God might be asking of you next.

That’s why we’d love to see you and your team at the UK Leaders Conference, taking place from 24–26 June 2027 at the Reach Conference Centre in Derby.

Over three days, leaders from across the UK will gather to worship, learn, connect and grow together as we look ahead to all that God is doing in and through the church.

Keynote speaker: Pete Hughes

We’re delighted to welcome Pete Hughes, one of the Lead Pastors at KXC (King’s Cross Church) in London, as one of our keynote speakers.

KXC is a vibrant community known for its heart for worship, prayer and mission. Alongside his wife, Bea, Pete has spent the last decade planting and leading a church in one of the most secularised corners of the West, while also investing in the renewal of the wider church.

Pete is passionate about seeing a generation captivated by the presence of Jesus, shaped by deep formation and mobilised for mission. Beyond KXC, he teaches and speaks internationally on revival, culture and Spirit-led leadership.

More keynote speakers will be announced soon.

Bring your NextGen leaders

This year, we’re also creating a dedicated NextGen Leaders Stream for our 18–30-year-old leaders.

Running alongside the main conference, the stream will provide focused teaching and training specifically designed to serve and equip emerging leaders. At the same time, they’ll be part of the wider conference, worshipping, connecting and growing alongside the whole Catalyst family.

We want to create space for the next generation to be strengthened in their leadership, rooted in Jesus and equipped to play their part in what God is doing in the UK.

So, as you’re planning who to bring with you, bring your team — and bring your twenty-somethings too.

Join us in Derby

We’re looking forward to gathering leaders from across the UK for these few days together. Come ready to worship, learn, connect and make space for God to speak into the next season of your church and leadership.
